Quick question... Is there an easy way to let users reposition(drag) a chart legend at runtime so as to unveil any obscured data?

can you provide a simple sample for the floating legend?
The optionspanel from the xamFeatureBrowser does not work in my project. I copied the files OptionsPanel.xaml and OptionsPanel.xaml.cs to my project. But when i add the optionspanel control to my window, only a frame around gets displayed at designe time. And at runtime there is not even the frame!
What is necessary to display the optionspanel as a legend?
