Thank you for your post. I have gone through the API properties and tried re-templating the toolbar but unfortunately we do not have any way to hide the toolbar from XamRibbonWindow.

Its may be a new product idea which you can for future versions (or vote for existing ones) at <ideas.infragistics.com>. 

Although thinking about your requirement you can use normal MS widow for your requirement.
