How can I display the data value in a stacked bar chart

Hi,

I want to create chart like this but i am not sure how to add data value inside each series column.

Currently i am getting output like below.

Please help me to add data value inside each column.

There is no way to add the centralized values in the columns, but only to the top, use a Margin 0,10,0,0 in Texblock where the values are
