Tile Visibility Binding has some issue

Hello,

When the visibility of a Tile is set by Binding, it has some issues.

I can "Collapse" the tile, so that it is not visible any more, but setting it to "Visible" is not working.

Attached is the sample project. Just press the button.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the provided sample. I have tested the sample using our latest release 20.1, and I have the tile's visibility change accordingly with each click(Tile 1 hides, rest of the tiles take the remaining space / tile 1 gets visible again, space gets redistributed to 4 tiles again). 

    Can you run the trial version of 20.1 to test if the issue will still persist on your end?
