I have a line chart with NumericTimeSeries. The chart itself is inside a Panel and the User Control has several others panels. The tooltip for the chart only shows when the Panel containing the chart is floating when its docked the tooltips don't show. Is this a bug and is there any workaround?

I have сonditions already, what this problem shows up at.
Parent container AutoScroll = true and some other components cover the chart.
I can send simple test application, but I think it's my design mistake, not a chart problem.
