I have a creation filter that triples the height of appointments and would like to print my calendar using the SchedulePrintStyle.Weekly print style.  The problem is that only one page is printed even though the appointments take up more space than one page.  Is there any way I can get the document to print as many pages as are needed to display all appointments?

www.mcquillin.info/UltraSchedulePrintDocument.pdf shows the current output where appointments are running off the end of each day.  I would like them to run onto a second page rather than just stopping.
