That is the Calendars and Scheduling / Printing Demo sample in the Windows Forms samples browser that is in the SDK download.

After you've installed the SDK on Windows XP the source code will be in,

%USERPROFILE%\My Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Vol. 3 CLR 2.0\Samples\Win\WinSchedule\CS\Printing

and there's a corresponding VB folder.  In Windows Vista the install path is beneath \Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics (iirc).
