What is the property to adjust the selected internal area's brush? I want to change the translucent gray to clearColor.
Here's a mock up:
Ah, this was sort of tricky, but I ended up using this:
_rangeSelectorView.thumbView = [[UIView alloc] init];
_rangeSelectorView.thumbView.backgroundColor = [UIColor clearColor];
Yep, that's how you change it. The Thumb is the center area which can be dragged around.
The same technique doesn't work on the minimumThumbView/maximumThumbView. I'd like translucent sliders, but no dice, it seems they get added to a superview with a black background. I'd tear it open in Spark, but kind of busy. Any ideas?
OK I think I have the black thumb issue resolved and am currently testing out the fix. Right now you wouldn't be able to make the thumb transparent and see below it, however if you wanted a light alpha view then you could just wrap your UIView in a UIView that has a white background for now.
sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks, Darrell.
