Clipped Labels in Chart X-Axis

Every 20th time I load a chart I get a clipped label. Any way to guarantee that this doesn't happen?

    We added a feature a couple of releases ago to have the category axis show smarter labels that will automatically scale/rotate to avoid clipping.
    If you set useSmartAxisPanel to true you should stop seeing clipping with ellipsis.

    Out of curiosity what does the chart look like the other 19 times, when the labels aren't clipped?
