I'm evaluating your webcharts as a possible replacement for SSRS reports and the Reportviewer control. However, I'm having trouble understanding a few things.
First, how do I specify what fields from my stored procedure show up the chart? The wizard doesn't seem to let me choose which column goes on what axis. For instance, one SP returns 7 columns, but I only want to display three of them on the Y axis and one on the X axis. I'm not sure how to do this.
Second, assuming I can figure out the first part, how would I go about filtering/massaging the data? For instance, I want to Sum the data and do some other math functions before displaying the chart. I'm unsure how I would go about this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
to both questions, that mainly depends on the type of chart you are using. in the documentation, there is a description of how each chart type expects and handles data.
