But Now I want to create an application. Can anyone guide me on how to edit those designs for mobile experience other than when this is done how to use Infragistics to work all this out?Thanks & regards

While I am not personally familiar with the website that you have linked, if you are looking to create a mobile application with Infragistics controls, my best recommendation at this time is our Xamarin.Forms toolset.
