Masked Editor: Mask saved with data, Change Event fired everytime

Hi,

I have 2 Problems when I make use of the Masked Editor:

  1. The Mask is saved as part of the data.  Is this how it should work or am I doing something wrong?
  2. Whenever I open a record (which has a masked Column), an event is fired indicating to LightSwitch that the record has changed.  Can the Mask only display the data rather than changing it when the record is rendered?
