I have been looking at the online help for Report Plus 4.0 (http://dl.infragistics.com/reportplus/help/ReportPlus-v4.0-UserGuide.html#NavigationBetweenDashboards) and am wanting to access link to another dashboard as describe in section 9, however I do not have the Action tab available to select in the Widget editor.
I am running the IOS version of ReportPlus V 4.02 and am unsure if this is only available for certain data types (I've tried both a Google Sheet and MySql database) or simply something I am doing wrong.
Also is there a method to be able to run SQL querries across a multiple tables of a My SQL database? I can only work out how to do this across a single table so if this is possible can you please direct to the appropriate part of the user guide.

The navigation between dashboards as you describe it is an enterprise feature.Are you using ReportPlus Enterprise?If so, can you send us a screenshot of what are the options you see on screen?
