Position of the labels is determined by series’ labelsPosition property. You can chose between none, center, insideEnd, outiseEnd and bestFit. However igDoughnutChart is not able to show the labels in the middle of the chart, where the hole is. What you can do in this case is suggest this as a new product idea for future versions (or vote for existing ones) at <https://www.infragistics.com/community/ideas>.
