In IGX grid after applying filter in one column and move to the other column for applying filter, the filter window is continue loading and no items are displaying on the filter window only the loader is displaying. Below steps I have performed: -
1. Open the 'Order Date' column filter window -> Unselect random 3 to 4 items from filter item list -> Apply filter.
2. Apply sorting in 'Quantity Per Unit' Column.
3. Now open the 'Product Name' filter window.
After doing the above steps I got the issue.

Same issue I am also facing in my application. Could you please check the issue and give a desired solution so that issue can be fixed.

For me there is no item in the filter window and as well as one loader is continue spinning on that filter window. If you check the below screenshot, I have highlighted the spinner.
Could you please try to reproduce that same issue?
I have tested the provided stackblitz, on my side there is no loader indicator spinning in the filter menu, the menu is empty. However, I assume that this is the same behavior since the items are not displayed.

I have updated the Example. Could you please try the below steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Open the 'Order Date' column filter window -> Unselect random 4 to 5 items from filter item list (Ex: - 9th, 19th, 28th, ...., row from the filter list) -> Apply filter.
2. Now open the 'Product Name' filter window.
Once you open the 'Product Name' filter window I think you can be able to see the spinner in the filter window screen.
If you are not able to reproduce, please try the same steps 4 to 5 times.

I am still not able to reproduce this exact behavior on my side and the loading indicator is not displayed. However, as I have shared in my previous response, I assume that this is the same behavior since the items are not displayed.
Additionally, what I could suggest is sharing that behavior in the GitHub issue, in order for the assigned developer to have information of your scenario as well.
I was able to reproduce the behavior and the loading indicator is displayed, however, I think that the issue is the same, since no items are rendered. Once the behavior is fixed and the items are available, there will be no loading indicator displayed.
As I have shared in my previous response, what I could suggest is sharing that behavior in the GitHub issue, in order for the assigned developer to have information of this scenario as well.
