I am a developer and now I am making an analysis of features of "ignite ui for angular" to decide what's the best choice for our product and on which product should be our money spent for :).And I come to the conclusion that "igniteUI" is a first in my list of considering products, an impressive number of good features, most of them we were looking for. But in contrast to other products, I don't see an examples of using a context menu with the Data Grid. I understand that it's not difficult to implement in general but I need this to make screens for my report.
Later after I downloaded the library to make some examples by myself and ran the project I found out a single and very basic example of using the context menu for copying cells/rows data.It would be good to have some examples with menus to making different charts from selections, (edit, remove data..) and so on.. Thanks.

At this point, we provide a topic called "Data Analysis" which I believe is what you are looking for. This topic covers the process of examining, transforming and arranging data in a specific way to generate useful information based on it. Under "Chart Integration" section in the topic there is a sample illustrating grid`s integration with charting functionality, which allows the end user to visualize a chart based on Grid`s selected data and what is more, to choose different chart types if needed.

Thanks for your answer. "Data Analysis" topic looks good, I didn't look inside it before or just missed some information. Still, it's a bit not exactly what I was looking for but it's also useful for me then thanks.
I meant that it would be useful to have more online examples with the "context menu" control on the grid, just to have some samples of actions that are implemented as a items of "context menu" and which can be invoked from it. I found only one example inside "inginte-angular-samples" project, that's it. There is the screenshot below of what I found. And I don't see an example like that in the online documentation. I will be glad if you show me a topic with this feature. I am asking because it's an important feature for our customer and it's a technical requirement for our grids.

In regards to having more samples with context I would suggest you logging a new feature request in our igniteui-angular-samples repository on GitHub. Please make sure to provide as many detail as possible regarding what kind of samples you are looking for along with all functionalities that you would like to see implemented in the context menu. This way you can directly communicate with the decision makers of our samples browser repo.In case that you are working on a particular sample and you are having some issues I would be glad to assist you. Please provide me a small, isolated sample along with steps to reproduce and I will investigate this on my side.
