We have the Infragistics licenses, which are renewed every year. And the licenses included different version of Infragistics. And one of them is used in an existing in-house software in my company. Then we would like to use the Infragistics Win Forms to develop a new in-house software, are there any restriction on the license in this case?

Thank you for your continuous support and use of Infragistics products! Our product license is delivered as developer license. So, as long as our product is used by the registered developer, there is no restriction on the license. For example, you can use multiple versions of Ultimate UI for Windows Forms for multiple projects.
