How to use multiple characters for acceleration key ?

Hi,

We have run into a problem where we have used up all the characters for hotkey/accelaretion key.

When setting the caption, we use & before any character. 

Example - New &Menu - So, ALT + M can be used to access this this through keyboard.

We are not looking for 2 character acceleration keys now. Similar to windows as seen below - 

Can you please help up achieve this ?
