Any recommendations on how best to manage all these icons?

Hi Jack,

The free Windows Live Photo Gallery is a nice tool for browsing/managing images and artwork. You can download it at http://download.live.com. There is also Google's Picasa (www.picasa.google.com). A quick search on "photo manager" will return a few more results for you, such as "ACDSee" - something I've used over the years and been very happy with.

Yep, I like the slick interface of the windows gallery...

But sometimes I just tend to use Photoscape or Picasa.
