I go to download it and it the site just loads. Nothing happens. I have tried it 10 times. Nothing. Mac 0s x 10.8

Can you verify the steps for me:
1. Click on the download link for your OS at https://www.infragistics.com/products/indigo-design.
2. Sign in or create a new account.
After doing that, you should be redirected to the download confirmation page, and your download should start automatically. If it doesn't, try clicking the "If your download doesn't start, click here." link as shown in the attached image here.
If you still have problems, can you share step by step? Maybe even a quick screencast so we can see it? What browser are you using?
